Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Most clients come to me with a vague sense that something isn't working visually — the discovery process is designed to figure out exactly what that is. "Something feels off" is a perfectly good starting point.
What's the difference between the free call and the clarity session?
The free 30-min call is a no-pressure introduction — a chance to meet, share context, and see if there's a natural fit. The paid clarity session is a focused working hour where I review your materials in advance and come prepared to give specific, actionable feedback on a defined problem.
What file formats and tools do you work in?
Primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Squarespace for web; Canva if you need to be able to maintain future edits easily yourself. Final deliverables are provided in whatever format you need — print-ready PDFs, web-optimized files, editable source files, or packaged handoff folders.
How quickly can you start on a new project?
It depends on current availability. I typically book 2–4 weeks out for new project work. Rush timelines can sometimes be accommodated — just flag it in your inquiry or when we chat and I'll let you know what's possible.
Do you work with clients outside New England?
Absolutely! I work with clients across the US and internationally. All project work and sessions are conducted remotely, and I’ve collaborated with teams across time zones without issue.
Can I hire you on retainer for ongoing work?
Yes — retainer engagements are one of my preferred ways of working. A set number of hours per month means priority scheduling, faster turnaround, and a designer who genuinely knows your brand over time. Mention it in your inquiry or when we chat and I'll let you know how it works!
