Our Role
We partnered with AgileXtended to transform this conceptual framework into a tangible, user-ready product ecosystem. Working closely with facilitators and organizational-change leaders, we designed a seven-product suite—including publications, card decks, tools, and workshop materials—that made abstract cultural principles accessible and visually engaging. The system was intentionally modular, ensuring facilitators could adapt materials across different industries, team sizes, and organizational needs.
