Subway is one of the world’s largest quick-service restaurant brands, supporting a global network of franchise owners across more than 100 countries.
Our Role
We partnered with Subway’s international brand and operations teams to strengthen communication with current and prospective franchisees. Our work spanned more than fifty multilingual B2B campaigns, each adapted across eleven languages for regional markets. We also developed over 50 pieces of training and onboarding collateral, giving internal teams clear, consistent tools to support franchise growth. Our design systems balanced brand fidelity with global flexibility—ensuring every market could customize content without compromising quality or clarity.
