ONE Amazing
Community
10,000 Degrees · Annual Gala · Nonprofit / Higher Education
THE BRIEF
10,000 Degrees has spent 45 years and $113 million helping students break the cycle of generational poverty through equitable access to higher education. For their annual ONE Amazing Community Gala, they needed a complete event world — physical and digital — that felt worthy of the mission and the moment. I was brought in from the very start, running an interactive pitch-and-vote concepting session with the event committee before a single file was opened.

MariTrace
MariTrace · Digital Presence Refresh · Maritime Technology
THE BRIEF
MariTrace delivers premium maritime intelligence to a highly specific set of audiences — and their existing digital presence wasn't speaking clearly to any of them. The brief was a focused refresh: sharpen the brand image, differentiate across primary target audiences, and give the company a digital home that matched the sophistication of the product. I redesigned the Squarespace website and developed supporting digital marketing materials to bring the new positioning to life.

Cultural
Cartography™
AgileXtended · 7-Product Suite + Compass for Agility · Organizational Change
THE BRIEF
AgileXtended helps leaders see what's actually happening across their organizations before small disconnects become big, expensive problems. I was brought in to transform their conceptual framework into a tangible, user-ready product ecosystem — a seven-product suite including card decks, publications, workshop tools, and digital kit components designed for real-world facilitation. I also led the full editorial design, layout, and illustration for Compass for Agility, author Leila Rao's book on leadership and organizational transformation, taking it from manuscript to a 2,000-copy print run and digital release.

Subway
B2B
Subway · Global Franchise Marketing · Restaurant & Hospitality
THE BRIEF
Subway operates across more than 100 countries and depends on a healthy pipeline of franchise owners to grow. The challenge: communicating a consistent, compelling brand story to current and prospective franchisees across wildly different regional markets — each with its own language, cultural context, and regulatory environment. I partnered with Subway's international brand and operations teams to build a design system flexible enough to scale globally without losing brand fidelity, producing over 50 multilingual B2B campaigns adapted across 11 languages, alongside training and onboarding collateral that gave internal teams the tools to support franchise growth without starting from scratch every time.
Brand Identity | Print & Packaging | Marketing & Campaign | Product Design | Creative Consulting
OUTCOMES
→ 66% increase in global franchise inquiries through clearer, more compelling visual messaging
→ 50+ multilingual campaigns delivered, generating over 3 million international impressions
→ Stronger alignment between global HQ and regional teams through flexible, standardized design systems
→ Recognized by University Business & Readex Research with their Honoring Advertising Excellence Award
→ Recognized by Franchise Times & Baxter Research Center Inc. with their Advertising Excellence Award

DEIA
at OIT
Office of Information Technology · Internal Communications · Government
THE BRIEF
OIT supports a workforce of more than 6,700 employees and needed a clearer, more cohesive way to communicate its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility initiatives across the agency. I partnered with DEIA program leads to develop a branded communication system — presentation decks, outreach one-pagers, visual templates, and internal campaign assets — that made the initiative more visible, approachable, and actionable. The challenge: humanizing complex information while maintaining the precision and professionalism government communications require.

OUTCOMES
→ Increased awareness and participation in DEIA programs across 6,700+ employees
→ Reusable template suite expanded internal team capacity — no designer required for ongoing comms
→ Unified visual voice gave DEIA messaging the credibility and consistency it needed to land

Oxford
Baking Co.
Oxford Baking Co. · Brand Identity from Scratch · Food & Beverage
THE BRIEF
Oxford Baking Co. is a community-rooted bakery built on heritage recipes, small-batch craft, and a warm neighborhood experience. As a newly founded business heading into farmers' markets and retail, it needed a brand that could grow with them — one that felt both homegrown and polished. Brand Identity | Print & Packaging | Marketing & Campaign | Product Design | Creative Consulting
OUTCOMES
→ 40% profit growth in the first year of business
→ 20% increase in customer loyalty through consistent brand storytelling
