Our Role

We collaborated with author and consultant Leila Rao to bring her conceptual framework to life as a polished, approachable publication. Our work included full editorial design, layout, diagram systems, and illustration—translating dense theory into a clear, engaging book that supports facilitators, leaders, and change practitioners. We also prepared the book for print and digital distribution, developing assets that ensured a seamless transition from manuscript to marketplace.

The Impact

Successfully launched the first edition with a 2,000-copy print run.
Released the digital edition online and available for purchase, expanding global accessibility.
