THE BRIEF

10,000 Degrees has spent 45 years and $113 million helping students break the cycle of generational poverty through equitable access to higher education. For their annual ONE Amazing Community Gala, they needed a complete event world — physical and digital — that felt worthy of the mission and the moment. I was brought in from the very start, running an interactive pitch-and-vote concepting session with the event committee before a single file was opened.

Rather than starting with colors or graphics, we started with a question: What would make every attendee feel like they were part of something larger than themselves?

THE BRIEF

Maritime technology isn't an industry most people casually understand over coffee.

MariTrace delivers sophisticated maritime intelligence to a range of highly specialized audiences, but their digital presence wasn't helping those audiences quickly understand the value of the product.

Together, we refined the messaging, strengthened the visual identity, and redesigned the website to create a digital experience that felt as credible and capable as the technology behind it.

THE BRIEF

AgileXtended helps leaders see what's actually happening across their organizations before small disconnects become big, expensive problems. I was brought in to transform their conceptual framework into a tangible, user-ready product ecosystem — a seven-product suite including card decks, publications, workshop tools, and digital kit components designed for real-world facilitation. I also led the full editorial design, layout, and illustration for Compass for Agility, author Leila Rao's book on leadership and organizational transformation, taking it from manuscript to a 2,000-copy print run and digital release.

THE BRIEF

Subway operates across more than 100 countries and depends on a healthy pipeline of franchise owners to grow.

The challenge was creating a consistent franchise story across vastly different markets, each with its own language, cultural context, and regulatory environment.

Working alongside Subway's international brand and operations teams, I helped develop a design system that could scale globally while remaining adaptable at the regional level. The system supported more than 50 multilingual B2B campaigns across 11 languages, along with training and onboarding materials that gave internal teams the tools to move faster without reinventing the wheel each time.

THE BRIEF

OIT supports a workforce of more than 6,700 employees and needed a clearer, more cohesive way to communicate its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility initiatives across the agency.

The challenge was making complex topics feel approachable without losing the precision and professionalism government communications require.

Working closely with DEIA program leads, I developed a branded communication system that included presentation decks, outreach materials, visual templates, and internal campaign assets. Together, these tools helped make the initiative easier to understand, navigate, and apply.

THE BRIEF

Oxford Baking Co. is a community-rooted bakery built on heritage recipes, small-batch craft, and a warm neighborhood experience. As a newly founded business heading into farmers' markets and retail, it needed a brand that could grow with them — one that felt both homegrown and polished. I developed the brand from the ground up: naming, visual identity, packaging, seasonal marketing, product labels, and event materials, all designed to help Oxford stand out in a crowded local market while building lasting customer loyalty.
